Why sourdough / why 70+ hours?

Most cookies are made fast. We slow things down with a 70+ hour fermentation, which transforms the flavor and texture. Customers often share that they find our cookies easier on their gut compared to what they’re used to.

Why einkorn flour?

Modern wheat has been bred to be higher yielding, not necessarily easier to eat. Einkorn is the original grain — simpler, unaltered, and paired with slow fermentation it makes cookies that many people find a lot easier to love

Where are you based?

We’re proudly based in Florida, and every batch of cookies is made here too. No outsourcing, no shortcuts — just cookies baked close to home

What is your refund policy?

I started this brand because I care about how food makes people feel. If you don’t feel well after eating our cookies, or if there’s a defect with your order, send me a note and I’ll personally refund you. Outside of that, since everything is baked fresh and shipped quickly, we aren’t able to offer refunds once your order has gone out

When will I get my order?

It’s just me and my partner baking every batch fresh, so please allow up to 2–3 weeks for your order to ship. Most of the time we get them out faster, but we’d rather set honest expectations than rush the process.
