WHO WE ARE
We're remaking childhood favorite snacks with clean ingredients that are easier on your digestion. That's how we're building the portfolio—one nostalgic snack at a time, reimagined.
People are waking up to the idea that food affects how you feel and digest, and we're betting we're only scratching the surface. Just like there's a protein craze now, the same will happen for gut-friendly ingredients as people understand the importance of gut health.
Our first product is a cookie. We launched in August with zero ad spend, hit around 1,000 bags in the first day, and haven't been able to keep up since. We've outgrown two facilities already and are on our third. At this rate, we're discussing building our own facility just to sustain the growth we're planning for.
We've been approached by a major retailer (we can't share who yet). We've made strong connections with household brands you know. We've been offered investment money. We've had celebrities order, athletes order—people who could buy anything are choosing us. Since launch, we've been held back by supply, but we've improved that. Now we have the runway to really grow huge, and you'd be here for it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Here's the deal: Your job is to create content for TikTok, Instagram, and paid ads. But because you're here early, you get access to everything behind the scenes. It's up to you to take advantage of that:
• Want to know what we talked about in our meeting with a big brand? Ask. • We have a meeting with a major retailer—you'll hear about it.
• We're thinking about partnerships with influencers and celebrities—you can know about it all.
• How much should we spend on ads this month? You'll be part of that conversation. • Should we launch a new flavor or double down on what's working? You'll weigh in.
Ask questions, challenge decisions, sit in on conversations—don't hold back. This isn't a formal mentorship. It's unfiltered access to how we're building this. Squeeze everything out of it.
You bring the creative ideas, we give you real budget to test them. Then you'll see what actually converts—not what you think works, but what the data shows.
You'll want to work fast because you're excited to see how your ideas perform on the big stage.
WHO YOU ARE
You see yourself as creative. You've spent enough time on TikTok that you've picked up on patterns—what hooks people, what feels authentic, what's already overdone. You care about branding, aesthetics, and how things come together visually.
You should be:
• You spend hours on TikTok/Instagram and have a feel for what works, but you're interested in seeing behind the scenes—what it actually does for the business
• You're comfortable on camera and want to become even better—you'll learn how being the face of content impacts brand connection and sales
• You're full of ideas but haven't had a real place to test them—you'll learn which creative risks pay off and which don't
• You're into health and wellness
• You don't need hand-holding—you want to develop the independence that most people only get years into their career
DETAILS & WHAT YOU'LL GAIN
Time commitment: ~20 hours per week, flexible. This is a role for someone who's so excited
to see their ideas execute that they naturally move fast.
